Our Story
We are a dynamic agency for the recruitment and transfer of foreign workers based in Croatia, which has experienced tremendous growth since its establishment and in just three and a half years came to a turnover of 20 million euros. Specializing in recruitment and secondment of workers from Southeast Asian countries, we have successfully recruited more than 5000 talents in Croatian companies. Our agency has not only amassed a significant number of followers of over 100,000 on social networks around the world, but has also gained a reputation in Croatia for reliability, professionalism and high quality service.
Goals for the future
We plan to occupy a leading position among agencies in Croatia, in terms of the number of employees, income but primarily in the quality of service we provide.
2019
The idea of starting an agency was born.
2020
Humble Hunters is founded and contracts the first project.
2021
We're moving to a bigger office. The team grows to 7 specialists.
2022
We are conquering the market and growing to 245 seconded workers and revenue of €4.4 million.
2023
We exceed the figure of 600 employees and a dizzying €10 million in revenue.
2024
We count up to 1000 employees and €20 million in revenue.
