Work as a skilled butcher in a meat-processing operation in Zagreb, with 30 openings available. You will cut, debone, and prepare meat products to quality and hygiene standards in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Cut, debone, and trim meat to specification
- Prepare and portion meat products for further processing
- Maintain strict food-safety and hygiene standards
- Operate cutting tools and processing equipment safely
- Keep work areas clean and sanitized at all times
- Work efficiently across rotating shifts
Requirements
- At least 1 year of butchery experience (NC2 level)
- Skilled with knives and meat-processing tools
- Strong attention to hygiene and food safety
- Physically fit for a fast-paced environment
- Valid passport for visa processing
- No Croatian language required — training provided
