About This Role
Join one of Croatia’s leading construction companies as a skilled construction worker. You will be part of residential and commercial building projects across Zagreb and the Croatian coast, working with modern equipment and in safe conditions.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general construction tasks including bricklaying, concrete work, and formwork
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely
- Read and follow building plans and technical drawings
- Maintain a clean and organized work site
- Collaborate with team members and follow site supervisor instructions
- Comply with all health and safety regulations on site
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Valid passport for visa processing
- No Croatian language required — training provided
