About This Role
Work in Croatia’s world-famous tourism industry. Positions are available in hotels, restaurants, and resorts across the Adriatic coast and capital city Zagreb. Roles include kitchen staff, housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage service.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service in hotel or restaurant settings
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries at the front desk
- Assist with housekeeping duties including room preparation
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred
- Good communication skills and friendly attitude
- Basic English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid passport for visa processing
- Neat appearance and professional demeanor
