About This Role
Operate production machinery in modern manufacturing facilities in the Zagreb metropolitan area. We partner with leading Croatian manufacturers in food processing, metal fabrication, plastics, and electronics assembly.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line machinery
- Perform quality checks on manufactured products
- Follow standard operating procedures for each production run
- Maintain and clean equipment according to schedules
- Report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Meet daily and weekly production targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of factory or production experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Basic understanding of quality control procedures
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- Valid passport for visa processing
- No Croatian language required — training provided
